Doing what I do, a lot of work is done at home. I spend quite a bit of time sitting in front of the computer listening to my work, practicing and perfecting my craft. I worry sometimes because I know that sitting for long stretches of time can be detrimental to your health. I try to counteract it by eating healthy and exercising when I can.
